Hearty delicacies from the kitchen of Florian Lechner and his team.

Can we bring a toddler, baby or dog?

Children and babies:
There is absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying a cosy stay in the beer garden. Although we cannot prohibit it, we strongly advise against bringing small children and babies into the ballroom. It is simply too loud there for their sensitive ears. For fire safety reasons, the aisles must always remain clear and may not be blocked by prams.

Dogs:
The same applies to dogs: there is no objection to them staying in the beer garden as long as they are kept on a leash. However, the ballroom is off-limits for animal welfare reasons.

What about the protection of minors?

We strictly adhere to the Bavarian Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) in all respects. Important regulations for Bavaria:

Visiting restaurants and attending events:
• Children and young people under the age of 16 are not permitted to visit restaurants or attend dance events.
• Young people aged 16 and over are not permitted to visit restaurants or attend dance events between midnight and 5 a.m. unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Alcoholic beverages:
• The consumption of alcoholic beverages is generally prohibited for children and young people under the age of 16.
• Beer, wine and sparkling wine may only be sold to and consumed by young people aged 16 and over.
• Spirits and other alcoholic beverages may only be sold to adults.

What can I bring with me? Is there a cloakroom?

Large back packs and bags, glass bottles, cans, weapons, pyrotechnic items, animals, bulky items, etc. are not permitted at the Strong Beer Festival. There is a guarded cloakroom at the entrance where jackets, bags/back packs and other items can be stored for a fee.

Typical items that are prohibited:
Weapons and dangerous items: This includes weapon-like items, pointed objects and sharp and bulky items such as umbrellas or folding stools.

Containers: Glass bottles, cans and any type of spray bottles are not permitted.

Means of transport: Bicycles, e-scooters, skateboards and similar means of transport are not permitted on the event grounds.

Animals: Animals are not allowed on the event grounds.

Technical devices: Large cameras, video and audio recording devices and selfie sticks are prohibited in order to enable the event to take place and to ensure safety.
